Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Design plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Demolition and partial rebuild of the Vocational Wing at the existing school. The vocational wing amounts to 3,332m2 of space; and needs to be demolished in its entirety as the foundations cannot be relied on to provide satisfactory performance in the long term. Approx. 1,800m2 of the vocational wing will be rebuilt with an additional approx. 1,000m2 renovation to the existing facility adjacent to the vocational wing. The work is expected to be phased to accommodate an operational school. TIMELINE: Design development has been completed. Tender and construction schedules may be finalized by mid-2026.
