Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of April 30, 2025, building has been demolished. The complete demolition of MIA's Building 3032 to include all underground utilities, selective demolition of all fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and all electrical. Additionally, the clearing out of the area shrubs, trees, palm trees, and sodding to include topsoil will also be part of this project as well as watering. SBE/Const Trade Set-Aside: Pkg.
