The purpose of this bid package is to provide the County of Ocean with a contractor(s) who has the ability to successfully complete the tasks required as set forth in the specifications of this project: Stormwater Management Contract 2023C, Various Townships The following is added to this Subsection of the Standard Specifications: The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of Curedin-Place Pipe (CIPP), varying in sizes of 12", 15", 18", and 48", across various locations in Toms River Township, Tuckerton Borough, and Lavallette Borough. Work shall be done using a hot water or steam curing process and include any necessary traffic control, bypass pumping, and clearing of the existing storm sewer line and drains to a level of satisfaction required for CIPP installation. Each bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Certificate and by a guarantee in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total sum bid, provided such guarantee shall be for no more than twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars.
