Reference Number 0000279119 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/17 03:00:00 PM EDT Conestoga College is seeking non-binding offers from prospective proponents to provide Elevator Full Inclusive Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements of preventive elevator maintenance as outlined in this Specification with respect to the elevators detailed in section 22. 1.2 The purpose of the Contract is to ensure that the equipment is maintained in substantially new condition to provide trouble-free service, prolong the life of the equipment, and secure the Owner's equity. 1.3 The contractor agrees that any damage that is incurred to the owner college equipment during any form of required testing but is not as a result of a failed test must be repaired at the cost of the contractor. This includes all costs associated with labor, materials and fines that may be levied by governing bodies.
