Estimated Cost $30 million Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The FHA requests Statements of Qualifications for prequalification of DCAMM Certified General Contract (GC) bidders for the Carlson Crossing EAST Modernization Project. The Project will consist of the complete renovation of 14 Multi-Family Units originally constructed in 1953. Construction of Two New Group II Accessible Dwelling Units. Complete renovation and addition to existing Community Building, Playground and Associated Equipment, including Splash Pad. Associated Site and Utility upgrades and Landscaping. The buildings will be vacated during renovations. The FHA's Prequalification Committee is prequalifying firms interested in providing GC services on this Project through this Request for Qualification (RFQ) process. Sub Bid Category Filed Sub-bids will not be required for this Project. MA Public Housing Reforms-Filed Sub-bid Exemption, exempts Public Housing Redevelopment Projects from c. 149 Filed Sub-bid req. Respondents Desiring Any Explanation or Further Information Regarding This Solicitation Must Submit an Email Request No Later Than 3:00 Pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, to Robert Connoni, Construction Project Manager, at Rconnoni@framha.org. Filed Sub-bids Will Not Be Required for This Project. Only Pre-qualified Firms Will Be Permitted to Submit Bids. The Prequalification Evaluation is Anticipated to Be Completed by October 29, 2025. The Anticipated Schedule is: Bidding in November 2025/december 2025 and an Ntp on or About June 2025, With a 22-month Construction Schedule.
