Reconstruction of Dr. Lopez Academy The Oxnard School District is issuing a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) from experienced entities to provide Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction Services for the District's Reconstruction of Dr. Lopez Academy project. The responses to this RFQ/P shall be used to select a firm that provides the best value to the District for Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction services to assist the District in the project. The project includes the construction of a new 750 student grade 6-8 facility at the existing school site. Upon completion of the new facilities, the existing school would be demolished, and playfields and hardcourt areas would be constructed in its place.
