Demolition, site work and new construction of a stadium in Sept-Iles, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 62,892-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium; for site work for a stadium; and for the demolition of a stadium.
Reference number: 20020924 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-10-15 Construction of a New Arena in Sept-îles. Work will take place behind 490, avenue Jolliet in Sept-Îles. The work will be carried out in two phases: - Phase 1: Construction of the new arena - Phase 2: Demolition of Conrad-Parent arena The work must be completed, i.e. have received provisional acceptance from the City, no later than : - July 25, 2026 for phase 1: construction of the new arena. - September 5, 2026 for the correction of deficiencies. - November 28, 2026 for phase 2: demolition of the Conrad-Parent arena The work will be carried out after the spring 2025 thaw and must be completed, i.e., have received provisional acceptance from the City, within a maximum timeframe of 60 consecutive weeks for phase 1 and 5 consecutive weeks for phase 2 from the City's authorization to begin work.
