Included in the work is the stripping, removal, and disposal of all trees, downed timber, snags, brush, vines, rubbish, stumps, logs, topsoil, existing sidewalks, concrete steps, curbing, driveways, pavement, fencing, guiderails, signs, yard drains, pipe, light fixtures, bases, old wire, and other incidentals that interfere with the planned construction. The work includes the resetting of walls, fence fabric, and poles, relocation and/or resetting of lawn sprinklers, signs, mail boxes, etc., including the installation of temporary and construction fencing, and relocation and trimming of shrubs, trees, or other plantings to remain
