Monday, city council and officials celebrated the latest edition to Windmill Park. A state-of-the-art playground has been created for families across the Friendly City to come to. “We’ve added the basketball courts here this past summer, and we moved over here and we’ve redone this entire playground, which is now 100 percent today,” Deputy Mayor Joshua Rice told 5 News. “It should mean a lot to the youth and it should mean a lot to the community as well we have been working hard to make this park better for this community.
