Question Deadline 11/17/2024 at 05:00 PM CT Question Cuttoff Date & Time Overview: The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for a qualifed contractors to provide pest control services at DOT Weigh Scale Stations across the state. There are approximately 11 locations that will require service. Scope: Provide pest control services to DOT weigh scale locations as per specifications found on the Attachment tab. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance and work capacity. Contract Period: The Contractor(s) will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for (five) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Contract Award: Award will be made for any one group or combination of groups. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award.
