Description

Renovation of a retail development in Alexandria, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

The City of Alexandra is seeking the services of a qualified Design Professional firm or individual to provide design services and related services pertaining to the City's efforts to renovate the former Weiss and Goldring building in downtown Alexandria. The design effort is related to the replacement of the roof on the former Weiss and Goldring building. The City is requesting Qualification Statements from qualified design firms to assist in providing design and related services for the project to move to bidding and construction. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system, which is identified in the Request for Qualification Statements (RFQS) package. The RFQS package may be obtained by contacting warren.byrd@cityofalex.com.
