The Project consists of one prime Contract bid as a Base Bid and generally consists of the following: temporary bypass pumping; removing existing pumps, piping, and valves in the existing fiberglass hut and wet well; site concrete; reconstruction of the lift station including new pre-cast top-slab; new pumps and piping; site electrical work; and control panel mounting, lift station start-up and coordination. \ All Contractors shall comply with the "Contractor Qualification Ordinance of the Village of Pleasant Prairie" requiring pre-qualification of Contractors prior to performing work on this Contract.
