Utilizing a qualifications-based process, the Town will select a consulting engineering firm licensed in the State of New York to design, bid, administer and close-out projects as the need arises The proposed project includes a 0.085 MGD treatment facility, one (1) pump station and associated forcemain with an approximate overall construction cost of $8,000,000.
