Project - the Work Consists of Furnishing Labor and Material at the Village of Green Valley Water Treatment Facility at 7707 Illinois State Route 29 for a 25kw Ground Mount Solar System and at the Village of Green Valley Water Tower at 1 Water Tower Lane in Green Valley, Illinois, for a 10kw Ground Mount Solar System. Bid Rejection - the Village Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids Which Best Serves the Interests of the Village. Withdrawal of Bids - No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn Without the Consent of the Village. Governing Laws & Regulations - the Contract Letting Shall Be Subject to the Provisions of the Illinois State Statutes. Wage Rate Determinations - the Contractors Shall Be Required to Pay Not Less Than the Wage Rates Established for the Project by the Village of Green Valley and/or the Illinois Department of Labor. Copies of These Wage Rates Are on File in the Office of the Village of Green Valley, Village Clerk. Bond/insurance- Successful Bidders Will Be Required to Post a Performance Bond and Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance and Public Liability Insurance in a Minimum Amount of One Million Dollars Per Occurrence Prior to Beginning Work.
