Preventive and corrective maintenance activities that will be performed on the Electronic Security System (ESS) The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes set for the preventive and corrective maintenance activities that will be performed on the Electronic Security System (ESS) during the term of this Maintenance Agreement. Scope of Work: This contract is intended to provide complete full preventive maintenance, repair, modification for existing Electronic Security Systems (ESS) equipment, security network infrastructure, automated access control systems and or physical access control systems (PACS), video imaging systems, closed circuit television (CCTV), various security detection and initiating devices, perimeter detection, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Intercoms, Touchscreen, dedicated uninterruptible power supplies and batteries for both DJJ Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center (BAJCC) and Virginia Public Safety Training Center (VPSTC), and other Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice facilities. The contractor(s) shall provide supervision, labor, administrative support, materials, tools, parts, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to effectively and efficiently fulfill all the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW) at Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facilities. Scope of services shall include routine and preventive maintenance (PM), and other work as necessary, immediate response to service calls, designated system administrative functions, emergency maintenance service and computer network management or ESS systems. The ESS includes, but not limited to the dedicated computer network for ESS systems, Automated Access Control Systems (Galaxy Access Control Software system) (Programmable Logic Controller/Touchscreen: InTouch), Closed Circuit Television and Video Management Systems (RapidEye VMS Analog and Qognify Ocularis VMS-IP systems), Intercom Systems, Senstar systems and other Correctional Security technology systems, Identification Credential management system and DJJ's Electronic Key system (Morse Watchmen). The ESS maintenance, repair, and modification services shall be provided by a single service provider or multiple providers. This SOW defines the provisions of this Maintenance Agreement for each system supported and provides definitions of maintenance activities to be performed. This Maintenance Activity is intended for work performed within a twelve (12) month period from the date the agreement is executed. Work Location: DJJ Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center (BAJCC) , Virginia Public Safety Training Center (VPSTC), and other Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice facilities. Period Of Contract: Date of award through an initial one (1) year period with three (3) one (1) year renewal options. Until and/or unless a bidder is instructed by her, no communication of any type (written or otherwise) regarding this UIFB, by any prospective bidder (including any sub-bidder, bidder's agent, or other type of bidder representative) with any employees or agencies of the Commonwealth of Virginia is strictly prohibited. Bids shall be based on the information presented in this solicitation, which may be changed only by written addendum by the DJJ Contract Officer. Failure to comply with this requirement may disqualify the bidder from participation on this solicitation.
