The Common Council of the City of Plattsburgh is requesting sealed bids for the alterations of an existing city structure into public, ADA compliant toilet facilities at 4 Beach Road, Plattsburgh, New York 12901. The project consists of alterations to the existing 1 story exterior masonry & wood framed commercial kitchen, concessions, and storage area converting them into public toilet facilities with an outdoor shower. Work also includes, but is not limited to site improvements and utilities connecting new to existing. Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 3:00 PM ET The deadline for question submission business days before the bid opening any questions submitted after this time will not be subject to response by addendum Responses will be issued in writing in the form of a project addendum and will be distributed to all plan holders through email by 4:30 P.M. October 10, 2024 (2) business days prior to bids being due. The City of Plattsburgh, New York reserves the right to reject any and /or all bids and to waive any and/or all informalities that do not affect the validity of the bid. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check of a sum no less than 5% of the Bid amount The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of their contract for this project.
