The project is a renovation of an existing SFRPD Clubhouse at the South Sunset Playground and Fields. Exterior renovation work includes, new wall paint and (E) finish repair, restroom entrance, roof replacement, exterior doors, concrete pavement, sewer lateral replacement, lighting fixtures, upgrades to utility service equipment, new windows, new sliding glass door. Interior renovation work includes floor plan reconfiguration to better accommodate current building usage, new accessible restrooms, new finishes, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures as well as water heater and furnace replacement. The project proposes therenovation of interior spaces in the clubhouse, access improvements, and beautification. Exterior modifications include window alterations at all facades and removal of non-historic window screens at north facade. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% 8.4% MBE; 4.7% WBE; 6.9% OBE.
