Reference number: 20021129. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 20021129. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted via the SEAO, with two documents. Please note that Addenda # 1 and # 2 to this RFP have been issued: the time limit for the reception of proposals previously set for October 17, 2024 is now set for October 24, 2024.
