Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,500-square-foot medical facility.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, replacement of finishes such as Baseboards, Millwork, Door Panels, Drywall & Framing (minor), Flooring, Ceiling Tiles, Paint & Wallcovering, Wall Protection, Headwalls, Specialties, HVAC (replacement of supply diffusers and return grilles), Light Fixtures, Fire Alarm, Plumbing Fixtures and Medical Gas Piping work.
