Renovations of an approximately 10,000 sf of existing building, work includes installation of storm drainage, selective sidewalk replacement, site restoration, carpentry, replacement of rotted or damaged wood framing or features, replacement of carpentry fasteners, door restoration, window restoration, ADA restroom upgrades, additional upgrades include replacement of rotted or damaged wood features, flashing and painting, interior finishes, LED lighting, minor plumbing and mechanical work, and fire suppression repairs.
