Question Deadline 11/04/2024 at 5:00 PM ET DESCRIPTION A. Work in this Section includes all labor, material, equipment, testing, tax, overhead, and profit necessary to install, construct, and place into service the items described in this Section to provide a complete and functional system ready for use by the City. B. Work on this project will be broken down in 7 general phases with 2 signalized intersections located at Martin Luther King Way and Myrtle Street. Before construction can begin the Contractor shall submit a detailed Maintenance of Traffic Plan (MTP) for each phase of Work per the construction documents to the City for review and approval. Once the MTP has been reviewed and approved by the City the Contractor shall submit the MTP to FDOT for final approval. C. Phases of this Work shall be completed in accordance with the table below and in the order provided. Any phases highlighted tighter in the schedule can be done in conjunction with each other. The Contractor shall complete all work in any phase before moving on to the next phase, except for final milling and resurfacing. Milling and resurfacing shall be limited to 3 mobilizations. Once all phases of a schedule have been completed the Contractor shall mill and resurface these phases before the City will accept the phases to be complete.
