This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Morristown, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the County of Morris, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder they will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds, and insurance as required by the County and the Division of Risk Management. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Source of Funding for this Project is either wholly or partially funded by Federal American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund dollars and adherence to all applicable federal, state and local laws is required. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A CONSENT OF SURETY which states that the surety company will provide the Bidder with the performance bond specified in the Contract Documents in the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract. Bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions, or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request. Bidders/Respondents are encouraged to MAIL in bids and responses. If they must be hand delivered, the County of Morris Purchasing Office is located on the 5th floor of the Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey. Award of contract by the Board of County Commissioners will be made within 60 days of bid opening.
