Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ogunquit, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bid proposals for the Main Beach Parking Lot and Beach Street Revetment Repairs project will be submitted to the Town of Ogunquit by email with the bid proposal, and required materials, included as a pdf attachment. The Project consists of reconstruction of the revetment at Main Beach and a slope reconstruction area on Beach Street. The Main Beach Parking Lot repairs involve removal of existing stone revetment over an area approximately 10,000 square feet to be replaced with a redesigned, multi-layered stone revetment, and at Beach Street, repairs involve slope reconstruction with a stone fill over an area approximately 750 square feet and sidewalk reconstruction. It is anticipated that a Notice to Proceed will be issued for construction starting on November 7, 2024. Completion time for the project will be calculated as a 60-calendar day period with construction starting no sooner than November 7, 2024, and Substantial Completion no later than March 15, 2025. Final Completion must be reached within a 15-calendar day period and no later than May 15, 2025. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security made payable to the Town of Ogunquit in an amount of 5% of Bidder's Bid price and shall be in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements included in the General Conditions of the contract. The selected bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the project price.
