Renovation of a mixed-use development in De Soto, Kansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of December 3, 2024 bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for rebid. No pre-bid conference or formal bid opening conference will be held. SCOPE: Provide labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation, and perform all operations in connection with and reasonably incidental to the complete installation of the replacement roofing materials WORK INCLUDED: Demolition of existing shingles, underlayment, and flashing components. Installation of new laminated shingles All inquiries should be addressed via email to Jay Garvin (City of De Soto) than 3:00 pm on October 18, 2024.
