Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Spencerport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 81,708-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
*As of March 27, 2025, All of the Spencerport Phase 2 Contracts started in December 2024, except for the Site Contractor who will be starting in June 2025. All of the contracts are expected to finish in August 2025 A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Interior Vestibule Renovations 2. Parking Lot Replacement 3. Boiler Room Renovations 4. Building Addition 5. Bathroom Renovation 6. Window Replacements 7. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts. See Section 01 12 00 Multiple Contract Summary for a list of multiple contracts, a description of work included under each of the multiple contracts, and the responsibilities of Project coordinator. Project Location: 71 Lyell Ave, Spencerport, NY 14459 Spencerport CSD 2023 Capital Project Phase 2 - Site Work. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contract: (Bids shall be submitted in writing, using the forms provided by the Architect.) - SITE WORK Alterations to District Buildings listed below in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents: - Spencerport High School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-0-008-018 - Cosgrove Middle School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-0-005-021 - Canal View Elementary School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-0-015-009 - Munn Elementary School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-0-006-019 - Taylor Elementary School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-0-007-017 - Admin/BOCES N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-0-001-009 - Bus Garage N.Y.S.E.D. No. 26-10-01-06-5-014-009 All Requests for Information (RFI) shall be made in writing, via US mail or email only, addressed to: Campus Construction Management, 1241 Pittsford Victor Road, Pittsford, New York 14534. Questions will not be accepted orally in conversations or over the phone, and any non-written responses to such shall not be deemed valid. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof
