The project consists of provisions of equipment, labor, and materials required for the collection, hauling and disposal of municipal solid waste of the City of Attica. Bids shall be submitted at an annual amount. Bids are to be submitted, type written or legibly printed, submitted in an original and three (3) copies, and shall include a list of ten (10) references, which shall include current names, address, and telephone numbers for each reference. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes, marked conspicuously with the name and place of business of the bidder and "Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Bid". No bid shall be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days. The Board of Public Works has the right to award the bid at any time prior to the expiration of the ninety (90) days The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept all or any part of any bid received, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible and/or best bid.
