Project Scope: The City of Tacoma is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from highly qualified firms interested in providing services to conduct a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of approximately 76 Cityowned buildings. The assessment will be utilized to support the prioritization and budgeting efforts to address facility deferred repair and replacements.
