Renovation of a mixed-use development in Warren, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Notice is hereby given that representatives of the Board of School Trustees of the Huntington County Community School Corporation will meet at Salamonie Elementary School, 1063 E 900 S, Warren, IN. Contract shall be Bid as a single project. Work for the (HCCSC) Salamonie School HVAC Replacement and Renovation project shall be Substantially Complete no later than Friday, November 14, 2025. Each Bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit as provided by law. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified Cashier's check or Financial Surety Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, made payable to the Treasurer of Huntington County Community School Corporation to guarantee the School Corporation against default by such Bidder in complying with the terms of this notice and of its Bid. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Huntington County Community School Corporation within ninety (90) days of the Bid opening The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids. All questions and requests for substitutions shall be submitted to Nate Fast via email (nate@viridiandesign.net) no later than 12 noon Monday, October 7, 2024 for consideration. Document Note: Email a copy of the refundable deposit check (for shipping and delivery orders) to trey.thompson@easternengineering.com AND deliver the original check (for all orders) to Eastern Engineering-Ft. Wayne Office. Only Complete sets of plans and specifications will be distributed. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such sets in good and usuable condition within (10)ten days of the bid date will be refunded their deposit.
