NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking to solicit quotes for RFQ-TI-WE-2015-78 Testing for the Park Office / Entrance Reconstruction - Phase 1 project at Wellesley Island State Park, 44927 Cross Island Rd, Fineview, NY 13640, Jefferson County, New York. Provide Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing services as outlined in attached Section 01 41 00, Special Inspections and Structural Tests, and individual product technical specifications. See additional attached geotechnical report and drawings for specific information about this project. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors If you wish to submit a quote, please reach out to Dawn Barker to obtain a Request For Quote (RFQ) Form and drawings and specifications by email to: Dawn.Barker@parks.ny.gov. Quotes are due by Friday, October 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Quotes must be emailed to Dawn.Barker@parks.ny.gov.
