Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals for the supply of janitorial and cleaning services for the following District-owned facilities: District of Peachland Municipal Office 5806 Beach Avenue Peachland Fire Hall 4401 3rd Street Water Treatment Plant 5453 Pierce Place Public Works Yard - Office/Shop 5379 Princeton Avenue Community Centre 4450 6th Street Peachland Museum 5890 Beach Avenue Seasonal Washroom - Cousins Park 4450 6th Street Seasonal Washroom - Turner Park 6114 Turner Avenue Seasonal Staff Washroom - Swim Bay Across from 5684 Beach Avenue Year-round washrooms - Swim Bay Across from 5684 Beach Avenue Year-round washroom - Todd Road Adjacent 3996 Beach Avenue Year-round washroom - Museum Adjacent 5890 Beach Avenue Transit Shelter - Houston Road Houston/Shaw Road Transit Shelter - Princeton Avenue Princeton Ave/Gummow Road The services will be provided for a 3-year contract term, commencing on January 2nd, 2025 and expiring on December 31st, 2027. The contract term may be extended by two further one-year periods at the District's sole discretion, and subject to mutual agreement with the Contractor on pricing and terms for the extension period.
