Village of Mokena, Will County, Illinois, Will Receive Sealed Bids for the Following Projects: (1) Fy 2025 Street Patching Program The Projects Consist of (1) 1,500 Sy of Bituminous Street Patching Both Projects Also Include Misc. Appurtenant Construction. Legal Provisions: Contractors and Sub-contractors Shall Conform to the "Public Works Preference Project" Act, (30 Ilcs 560/1, Et. Seq). Wage Rates: Contractors Shall Be Required to Pay Not Less Than Prevailing Wage Rates on the Projects as Established by the United States Department of Labor and the State of Illinois Department of Labor. The Village of Mokena Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Parts Thereof and Waive Any Technicalities or Irregularities in the Bids and Disregard All Non-conforming or Conditional Bids or Counter Proposals. Project consists of 4" depth of existing asphalt pavement removal, drainage & utility structures adjustment if necessary, 2" placement of HMA binder course (or surface course), 2" placement of HMA surface course and misc, appurtenant work
