This item shall consist of a mixture of oil sand material to be used as surfacing for roadways, driveways, intersections, and other areas shown on the plans or as directed by the Director of Public Works. Materials: The quantity of materials shall be approximately: 40% Dry Screening 50% Field Sand (Free from organic material) 5.9% 1.5 AC Oil 5% Type D Rock Question Submission Deadline:October 22, 2024, 9:00am The city of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive any or all formalities, and to award a contract to the best bid. Contract shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year beginning October 22, 2024, and ending October 22, 2027, with the right to request a rate increase after one, up to CPI, Index of DFW all items. The City reserves all rights to early cancellation.
