Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: Provide a design/build project that includes completing design drawings/specifications/design analysis for a code compliant new SSMR with a twenty year no dollar limit warranty, commons area new AHU, and new exterior stair. Analysis of all exterior stairwells for the most cost-effective replacement, and design/specifications of said repair. The project will address code deficiencies within the scope of this project (such as roof R-value, Solar Reflective Index, etc.). Per roofing UFC, provide a “Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), or registered PE or RA on the quality control staff.” The project will be constructed while residents are living in the dorms. Base bid shall consist of design work as outlined in the design section below. Bid option 1 shall be to construct the approved design. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 294 calendar days
