Saving Project...

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Sharon, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project will involve the following: installation of concrete paving, sidewalk, retaining walls, stormwater infrastructure, and an entrance gateway plaza at North Mahaska high school site. Bids security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany bid in accordance with the Information for Bidders. The following limitations shall apply to this Project: Approximate Start Date: October 22, 2024 Final Completion Date: August 1, 2025 Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment bond will be required in the full amount of the contract. Bidders shall list on the Form of Proposal the names of persons, firms, companies, or other parties with whom the bidder intends to subcontract. This list shall include the type of work and approximate subcontract amount(s).
