Any bidder may withdraw their proposal, without obligation, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. A withdrawal will not be effective unless made personally or by telephonic notification received prior to the closing date. Proposals may later be referred to the City Council for appropriate action. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as the best interests of the City may dictate. The City of San Fernando's Police Department ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors ("Consultant") to replace its existing surveillance camera and access control systems with a modern, cloud-based solution that addresses the limitations of the current infrastructure. This project aims to improve the quality, functionality, and security of video surveillance, audio capture, and access control within the police facility and associated city areas. The new system will be integrated with citywide surveillance, allowing centralized monitoring and proactive responses to security incidents, while ensuring compliance with current and future operational needs. Agreements with selected Consultant(s) will be for three-year term with two one-year optional extensions at the discretion of the City. A list of the scope of services is provided herein. Consultants responding to this proposal must clearly indicate the skills, ability, technical expertise, and support services which distinguishes the prospective firm from other from other prospective firms and makes the proposal the best choice for the City. Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 5:30 PM PT Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to Jennifer Spatig, Police Department Management Analyst, via email at jspatig@sfcity.org.
