Reroof, siding, carpet replacement, front door replacement Building Description: Single Family Residence All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Andrew Stoops, a minimum of 72 hours prior to the quote opening and allow 2 business days to respond. No interpretation shall be considered binding unless provided to all respondents in writing by Wellington. Liquidated Damages: Contractor shall complete the work within 120 working days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed unless a time extension has been requested by the Contractor and agreed to in writing by the Village of Wellington. Question Deadline 10/18/2024 Contractor and Wellington agree that, because of the nature of the work, the inability of the parties to precisely calculate actual damages for delay, and the difficulty of determining these damages, the Contractor shall pay Wellington the sum of $50.00 per working day of delay. The parties further agree that such sum is not a penalty and not excessive in light of the circumstances known to the parties at the time of award. The successful bidder must submit, no later than ten (10) days after award and prior to commencement of any work, a Certificate of Insurance naming the Village of Wellington as additional insured. Failure to submit the required insurance within the specified timeline will result in the project being awarded to the next lowest bidder.
