Bidders on the Contracts are required to execute a non-collusion bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103(d) of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. It is the intent of the Town of Patterson to award a Contract to the lowest responsible Bidder who has submitted a Bid in accordance with the Bidding Documents and does not exceed the funds available. The Town shall have the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received and to accept the Bid which, in the Town's judgment, is in the Town's own best interests.
