SCOPE: The City of Springfield is seeking qualified firms or persons to provide Smoke Alarms in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. The cutoff for any questions pertaining to this Bid is October 3, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. (CT). Any questions shall be submitted in writing to the buyer identified above A contract will be issued in the form of a one (1) year term contract, with the option to renew the contract for three (3) additional one-year terms The City reserves the right to: (1) make awards to multiple Bidders, by item, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof; (2) to reject any and all Bids or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in any Bids received; and (3) to disregard all non-conforming or conditional Bids or counterproposals.
