Historic Hughes House Exterior Repairs and Preservation at Cape Blanco State Park Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including: Historic Hughes House- Exterior Repairs and Preservation are summarized as the work required to protect the site, provide new roof covering, underlayment and sheathing, remove all exterior paint, repair exterior wood components, refinish exterior siding, trim, and ornament, restore exterior doors and windows, and upgrade gutters and downspouts. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work will take place in Curry County, Oregon, BOLI region 7. Cape Blanco State Park, 39745 Highway 101, Port Orford, OR 97465 The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $300,000.00 to 800,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
