The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, materials for remedial action at the former Park Laundry site (the Site) located at 122 N Main Avenue in Ridgefield, Washington (the Property). The Site includes the Property (owned by the City), the parcel to the south owned by the City (former Police Station), the adjacent Hinrich properties to the North, and portions of the adjoining public rights of way (Ecology facility site identification number 8100630, cleanup site identification number 4099). The Work shall be fully complete within sixty (60) Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
