The Estimated Cost for This Opportunity is in the Range of $614,000.00, Including Option Years and Prime Cost Allowances. The Commencement Date is February 1, 2025, and Work Must Be Completed No Later Than January 31, 2027. if Mutually Agreeable Between the Contractor and Dcc, the Contract May Be Extended for Two (2) Additional One-year Periods With the Same Terms and Conditions and Applicable Cost Escalation. The Contractor Will Be Advised Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days of Expiry of the Contract if the Option to Extend Will Be Considered.
