This Request for Tenders is issued by NPC for the provision of a qualified general contractor to supply goods and perform services for the milling and paving of approximately 1.3 km of roadway along the Central Boulevard of the Niagara River Parkway, between Zimmerman Ave and John Street. NPC is also asking for an additional bundled price for the inclusion of the resurfacing of approximately 2 kms of the Niagara River Parkway from south of Clifton Hill intersection to North of Fraser Hill Intersection.
