The project consists of demolition and replacement of existing asphalt pavement with approximately 4,100 square yards of new permeable pavement (including new suitable subgrade soils/stone, underdrain, geotextile, liner, observation well, etc.). Installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of new concrete curb and concrete edge restraint, as well as 17 concrete wheel stops. Removal of approximately 420 linear feet of existing drainage pipe and three (3) drop inlets. Installation of approximately 420 linear feet of new reinforced concrete pipe and five (5) new precast concrete drainage structures. Installation of approximately 600 linear feet of new HDPE pipe and 13 new PVC drainage basins. The project includes pavement marking and signage, grading, seeding and sodding, and temporary erosion control measures. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cash deposit or a certified check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to not less than 5% of the proposal Lack of such control or availability of men, equipment or materials shall constitute failure to properly execute the Contract.
