Old Washington Highway Sewer & Waterline Improvements in accordance with the conditions, specifications, and instructions below and on the attached sheets or drawings hereto. The Work consists of Furnishing materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of approximately 5,430 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer main ranging in size from 10-inch to 24-inch diameter, including fourteen (14) manholes, fourteen (14) new site inspection ports(SIPs) and new service lateral installations, installation of approximately 3,820 linear feet of 12-inch water main, including installing four (4) fire hydrants, thirteen (13) new meter assemblies and new service line installations, a pressure reducing valve vault, interconnections, associated appurtenances, and all associated clearing and grubbing, erosion control and surface restoration. Construction also includes a microtunnel installation of a 60-inch steel casing under Interstate 295 associated with the gravity sewer installation, and two (2) trenchless installations of a 24-inch and 36-inch steel casings under CSX railroad associated with the gravity sewer installation and water main installation. This project is federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act Fund (ARPA Fund). The Successful Bidder shall provide necessary information to the County of Henrico, Virginia for all federal reporting requirements.
