Vendors shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation required to maintain the parks/parcels in an attractive condition, per the maintenance standards listed below. This includes all turf within the park property lines and any easement maintenance, as well as litter, refuse control and paved/unpaved surfaces. The maintenance work described in these specifications shall be performed as a continuous and constant program throughout the contract term. Work performance shall meet the satisfaction of Shawnee County Parks + Recreation (SCP+R) or be remedied after receipt of written notice from SCP+R. All questions requesting clarification of items/issues discussed at the pre-proposal conference must be submitted in writing via the online bid portal. Proposers should clearly understand that the only official answer or position of Shawnee County will be in writing. Any modification to this Request arising from the pre-proposal conference, as well as answers to written questions shall be made in writing by addendum and will be issued through the online bid portal.
