The first project, HSIP: Gambell St. Utility Pole Removal and Increased lighting, will facilitate the removal of utility poles on Gambell Street between 3rd and 15th Ave through coordination with CEA, GCI, and ACS. It will also install continuous lighting meeting current standards. This project has been designed to the PIH stage by the Contracting Agency. The Contractor will be the lead designer for this project. Anticipated Services are described in the Statement of Services. The other named projects are the HSIP: Gambell and Ingra Street-Overhead Signal Indication Upgrades project and the HSIP: 5th Ave Concrete St. to Karluk St. Pedestrian Improvements project.
