I am issuing this solicitation for a firm, fixed quote for a 12 month service maintenance agreement that includes 4 preventative maintenance service visit for the building environmental system and the monitoring system that includes the associated Dell hardware components, with a period of performance date starting October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 that pertains to the attached equipment list. This solicitation will include a base year plus 2 option years should you wish to quote the options year. It is not required. Also, please submit a copy of your certificate of insurance (COI) listing Leidos Biomedical, Inc. as additional insured for general and auto with waiver of subrogation checked off as well for general, auto and workers comp.
