Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of road widening, mill and resurface, sidewalks, ADA pedestrian ramps, water and sanitary improvements, closed drainage system, and landscape. This project includes various storm water, sanitary gravity sewer, sanitary force main, and asphalt reconstruction of approximately 1300 feet of Arlington Street from N. Goldwyn Avenue to John Young Parkway (SR423), approximately 1300 feet of Concord Street from N. Goldwyn Avenue to John Young Parkway (SR423), approximately 1300 feet of W. Amelia Street from N. Goldwyn Avenue to John Young Parkway (SR423), approximately 730 feet of Harwood Street from Haralson Avenue to John Young Parkway (SR423), approximately 730 feet of Livingston Street from Haralson Avenue to John Young Parkway (SR423), approximately 550 feet of Haralson Avenue from Livingston Street to W. Amelia Street, approximately 50 feet of Duncan Place from Livingston Street south for 50 feet, and approximately 575 feet of N. Goldwyn Avenue from W. Amelia Street to approximately 100 feet north of the Arlington Street centerline. Portions of the project also include the installation of curb and gutter, new sidewalk installation, speed hump reconstruction, driveway reconstruction, and retaining walls along portions of Arlington Street and Goldwyn Avenue. The project includes OUC watermain improvements including the removal and replacement of 2" PVC water main, 4" PVC water main, 4" cast iron water main, and 6" galvanized water main with 6" ductile iron water main; and removal and replacement of 6" cast iron water main with 6" ductile iron water main. The project also includes replacement of 108 water services, installation of 10 fire hydrants, and 6 connections to the existing water main system. The City has prepared the dewatering review report included in this bid package. The City is currently working on having a contractor perform the necessary testing to determine the efforts needed for the dewatering efforts within the project limits. An addendum will be created and added to the bid package before the bid period ends so that contractors can include this additional cost in their proposals.
