This project involves the replacement of an existing culvert underneath Emerson Road. The project aims to install a durable precast concrete box culvert to restore the integrity of Emerson Road and ensure effective water management of a tributary to Mill Creek. B. A pre-construction conference shall be scheduled with the Madison Township Administrator at least seven (7) days prior to the performance of this contract. C. The work covered by this specification consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials in performing all operations necessary for the Emerson Road Culvert Replacement in complete and strict accordance with these specifications and the Drawings. D. The contractor shall keep all work, materials, and equipment required for the project within the public Right-of-Way. E. For purposes of these Specifications, the term iEngineeri shall also mean iMadison Township Administratori, and/or their duly authorized representative. F.
