The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, County Administrator's Office is seeking proposals from highly experienced and professional consulting firms with expertise in municipal government to conduct a complete comprehensive and legally supportable county-wide Disparity Study focused primarily on the utilization of Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises ("MWBEs"). October 11, 2024, Response to Written Questions. The Unified Government reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals or alternate proposals. Offerors must comply with all of the terms of the RFP, the Unified Government Procurement Code, and all applicable local, State, and federal laws, codes, and regulations. The procurement officer may reject any proposal that does not comply with all of the material and substantial terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the RFP.
